The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city surrounded by beautiful medieval buildings. You can easily explore the area, with bars and restaurants just steps away. The room I stayed in was brilliant, spacious and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day of work. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was fantastic. A wide variety of options, including yogurt, granola, eggs, bacon. It's a great way to start your day!

The hotel has a great central location right in the heart of the old town and only a short walk to all the local attractions. It is also close to the river, bars, restaurants, and theatre. The rooms are clean and fresh with adequate amenities and a good selection of buffet-style breakfast.

The rooms were a bit small, which made it difficult to move around with much ease. The rooms were slightly outdated, and some of the amenities felt a bit old and worn out.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of cold meats and cheeses, which set me up for a great day exploring the city. The hotel's location was perfect for Christmas shopping, with easy access to all of the main shopping areas and attractions. It was also a relief to have friendly and helpful staff on hand to guide us through the city.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, the shower was a bit small to use comfortably. , despite the hotel advertising free Wi-Fi, the connection was quite weak in the rooms and only usable in the reception area.
